How can I track the status of my remittances? Where can I find my Transaction History? Can I cancel or refund my remittance? How can I change my recipient's details? How long will it take for my recipients to receive my remittances?

I would like to send my remittance to BDO bank account, where can my recipients claim the remittance?

If you plan on sending your remittance to a BDO bank account, your recipient can claim it through any of the 1,400 BDO branches, 4,400 BDO Unibank ATMs, or over 8,000 BDO Cash Agad outlets in the Philippines.
