Yes, you can cancel your transaction within 30 minutes, no questions asked.
If you would like to cancel your transaction beyond 30 minutes to an hour after it was made, we will contact you to verify the reason for cancellation, for documentation and security reasons. We will then confirm that the remittance has been canceled.
Due to the immediate processing of the remittance, cancellation an hour after the transaction is not allowed.
