How can I change my recipient's details?

If you need to change recipient details after sending your remittance, send us an email request at [email protected] with the following information from your transaction:
- Reference Number
- Recipient’s details to change
- New recipient details
We will forward this to our banking partner, BDO Remit (USA) Inc., and advise you if they have approved your request. Please note that change of details is not always possible, and depends on the status of your transaction.
