Can’t log in to my BayaniPay app. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble logging in to your BayaniPay app, you may need to clear your cache.

For Android Users:

- Go to Phone Settings

- Click Apps, and then Manage Apps

- Click on BayaniPay, then choose Storage

- Click Clear Data, then Clear Cache

If you’ve already performed these clear-cache steps and still can’t log in, it may be due to one of these issues: device compatibility issues, out-of-date app version, ongoing system maintenance.
